The team who worked there was absolutely amazing! They were kind and accommodating and professional. There were 3 different front desk team members who interacted with us and they all rocked. Dwayne, Monet, and I don’t remember the other persons name from this morning (Oct.9).

The main area of the hotel is quite nice. parking is easy and the guy at the front desk was very nice. This is a great part of town and very convenient to shopping and dining. Also if you are a coffee person, starbucks is across the street.

Breakfast was okay. I had cereal and fruit. I don’t like the other offerings. Bring back the waffle maker. The pancakes are very pasty. The location for my purposes is great!

Loved the fact that it was very close by areas to eat and shop but off to the side to where you can get a little quiet. I also loved the fact that there were no smoking rooms, although it may not be convenient for those who do smoke.

I traveled to Plano for outpatient surgery and had to stay for 4 nights before I could go back home. the stay was comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast with Holiday Inn is always good. They should add more options for vegetarian people now. Staff friendly and try to cooperate with your request

Last weekend we were thrilled our hotel had an excellent hot breakfast! Everything was delicious! Biscuits and gravy, YES! Omelets one morning and scrambled eggs the next. Oatmeal, bagels, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, fresh selection of juices, sausage links and turkey sausage patties, and more! All included in the price of our room. The eating area was clean, well arranged for single window seats, seating for two, and room for families.
